We acknowledge our unintentional mistakes and honor our customers' rights, compensating them financially and logistically before and after the sale.
We take into account errors that are unavoidable in the world of offset printing. Note that the color differences between phone, tablet, and electronic device screens and a 4-color print are normal. Minor differences in measurements, estimated to be in millimeters, and a small number difference not exceeding 4% are also considered normal. Damages resulting from shipping, poor loading by the carrier, and the circumstances of the customer's country are beyond our authority as a printing press, whose delivery is within Istanbul.

Here we take into consideration the mistakes that should not happen in the world of offset printing.
Note that the difference in screen colors for phones, tablets, and electronic devices from the simple 4-color printing is a natural difference.
Small differences in measurements estimated at mm and a small number difference not exceeding 4% are also considered normal.
Damages resulting from shipping, poor loading by the carrier, and the conditions of the customer's country are outside our jurisdiction as a printing press, producing and delivering them within the city of Istanbul.
