Printing
Starting from the printing process of the design and color sorting to the production of printing templates, our experts rely on modern German and Japanese machines with five color boxes in which colors are adjusted and matched, and printing at a speed of 220 copies per minute.

Salafana
After the printed papers have dried at a temperature of 21°C for 8 hours, they are put through a sulfonation stage with glossy or matte nylon to give the colors liveliness or seriousness and add a smooth texture that protects the print and gives it quality and stability.

Spot UV
After the printed papers have dried from the hot foil, they enter the gelatin casting stage to add shiny, prominent spots to important areas of the design, such as titles and logos.

tasting
After the prints have dried from the gelatin casting, they go directly into the cutting stage with a semi-automatic manual knife to size and compress the papers, re-arrange them and prepare them for the dedicated automatic cutting machine.

Cutting
After removing the custom cutting mold made of thick wood containing solid iron sections, it is installed on the German automatic cutting machine to press and cut at a speed of 2000 layers per hour.

Folding and binding
After the cutting and typesetting processes, the printed materials are fed into the binding machine for the folding process for brochures or assembling and pressing for catalogs and magazines.

Packaging
Prints are sorted by type, packaged, samples are added outside the envelope, and then collected in a corrugated cardboard box to resist shocks during transportation and shipping.

Export and Shipping
The packaged and numbered goods are transported to the Iraqi land freight warehouses and the sea and air freight ports to Libya after the export papers and invoices are prepared, arriving at the reception point in the recipient's city.

industrial risks
Despite the experience and skill of our employees, errors are possible in one of the above-mentioned stages. In that case, we are forced to repeat the printing stages from the beginning and bear the cost, as we guarantee quality for the beneficiary regardless of the circumstances we are going through.
